PERMANENT HEAVY DUTY MAGNETIC “T” TRAP SEPERATOR For Liquids & Slurry
Click here for better view		An unique magnetic separator which is installed in the glide path of the process material, so that the material flows through the magnetic separator, which is provided with an INLET and OUTLET. This is basically an ONLINE magnetic separator which can be installed in the process flow of the material when passing through a pipeline or duct. The magnetic separator basically constitutes a SS 304 / SS 316 parent vessel body which is provided with a common support plate which has a no. of magnetic rollers suspended vertically so that the contaminated material flows through a series of magnetic umbrella for effective separation of tramp iron and fine ferrous particles found in the process material.

The dimensions of the parent vessel body. The no. of magnetic rollers assigned in the Parent vessel and the INLET/OUTLET size are calculated at our end when we receive the following information from the end user.

(A) Nature of the process material, It’s general description.
(B) Flow rate in LMP at the location where the magnetic separator is intended to be installed.
(C) Specific Gravity / Bulk Density of the process material.
(D) Average Temperature of the process material.

All “T” trap Magnetic Seperator have top opening lid which opens to a common support plate holding the magnetic rollers, which can be pulled out, cleaned and Re-placed back in the parent vessel body. Nylon gaskets provided on the lid prevents leakages and the opening lid is provided with a series of easy-to-operate door latches.

MAGNETIC STRENGTH :- 9,200 to 10,300 Gauss when checked with hall probe of a digital Gaussmeter.
